Elsa est marié avec Raphaël, ils attendent un enfant, tout va bien. Mais un jour Elsa reçoit un appel, c'est Catherine sa mère, qui l'appelle pour lui dire quelque chose de très important...! Mais avant qu'elle ne sache de quoi il s'ajit Catherine meurt laissant Elsa dans l'ignorance totale. Morte comment ? Un accident banal ? Pas si sûr !!!!
